Questions
- Is the collision data the same as a council extract?
- Pro uses the Department for Transport's published STATS19 data for Great Britain, the same police-reported collisions councils hold. It does not include contributory factors, officer narratives or the current unvalidated year, which some highway authorities add to a formal extract. Use Pro to screen sites quickly and spot nil returns; request a formal extract where your authority requires one.
- How does the free trial work?
- Start a 14-day Pro trial without a card. When it ends you drop back to Free unless you subscribe. Subscribe during the trial and the first payment waits until the trial ends.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time from the billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Do I get invoices?
- Every payment produces a receipt and invoice you can download from the billing page, with your company name, address and VAT number if you add them at checkout.
